About Stable Lane Digital Hub & Enterprise Townhouse
The opening of Stable Lane Digital Hub in the town of Carrick-on-Suir, is the first of 13 projects in the Carrick-on-Suir Strategic Vision 2030, created by members of the Carrick-on-Suir Tourism and Economic Association (COSTEDC). The objective of this comprehensive plan is to develop and revitalise the town of Carrick-on-Suir.To facilitate Phase 1 of Stable Lane Digital Hub, Tipperary County Council have provided us with space on the top floor of the beautifully refurbished Municipal Offices on New Street in Carrick-on-Suir town Centre. The Hub has 16 workstations across 2 rooms and is modern, bright, spacious with a 360 view of Carrick-on-Suir.Stable Lane Digital Hub offers facilities and supports that enables clients to concentrate on their core business, and to grow faster and more sustainably than they could otherwise. The aim is to provide reliable digital infrastructure, facilitate job and business development and foster entrepreneurship in the town.
Digital Hub
Stable Lane Digital Hub is a co-working space situated in Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Tipperary. We also have a selection of individual offices spaces for business start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs, remote workers & freelancers. Located on the top floor of the municipal offices (town hall), the Hub offers cost-effective and flexible workspace with high speed broadband, access to conference/meeting facilities and a collaborative work environment.The concentration of similar companies in close proximity, combined with the ability to share ideas, resources, solutions and contacts in complementary, non-competing enterprises helps clients to grow and expand. We also expose our clients to perspective customers and market opportunities that would otherwise elude them. Enterprise Townhouse
Stable Lane Enterprise Townhouse is situated across the street from the Digital Hub in a newly refurbished building. It has a selection of independent office spaces of different sizes, a boardroom and meeting room, high speed broadband, fully serviced canteen, on and off street parking and 24/7 access. Each office is fully furnished to a high standard with the option of a standing/electric desk in some officesStable Lane Enterprise Townhouse Digital gives clients the opportunity to work remotely in a professional environment and get more out of their day, close to home. It allows businesses to de-densify their workspace to allow for social distancing under COVID-19 restrictions. High touch areas of the Hub are disinfected daily, and capacity is limited in all spaces to achieve proper social distancing.

Aisling O’ Connor
CEOAisling O’Connor has almost 15 years’ experience in Marketing, Business, Event Management and Education across a variety of sectors, both public and private, including WWETB & WWETB Contract Training; WIT; Waterford VEC and AOL Broadband.Aisling has extensive knowledge of Enterprise Centre and the Co-working ‘space’. As manager of Dungarvan Enterprise Centre for the last 3.5 years, Aisling attracted a variety of businesses, including high potential start-ups and SME’s, across a broad range of sectors. By 2018 Aisling had brought the centre’s office space to capacity. Aware of the increasing demand for flexible workspace outside the major cities, Aisling also led the project on transforming Dungarvan Enterprise Centre into a thriving co-working hub.Aisling has a BA in International Business Communications; a Master’s in Business and Marketing and is a Certified Career Coach with the Irish Life Coach Institute. She is Secretary of the South East Enterprise Centre Association and is a member of the National Association of Community Enterprise Centres.
